To create a contact, you have to go to the contacts tab. Click on the create contact button. Fill out the information. Press the create button. Now you can see the contact has been created.
You can delete a contact by going to the contacts tab and clicking on the delete button. You will be asked if you are sure about deleting the contact. Click on the delete button and the contact will be removed from the desk.
You can upload contacts in batch form. To upload the file, you have to click on the create a batch button. A batch will be created. You can rename it and add a description. Then you have to upload the CSV file and once it’s uploaded, press save changes.
You can edit the batch, name and description. Just click on the three dots, then click, edit. Then in this pop up, you can change the name, also the description and save the changes.
You can view the contacts in a batch by clicking on the show contacts button. In the pop up you will see all the contacts from the batch. You can either delete a contact from the batch or you can create a batch call. The contact is deleted.
Here’s how to create an AI agent. First, click on the Agents button on the left. Then, click on the create agent button. An agent will then be created. You can rename your agent, add a description and enable features. Be sure to save your changes.
You can customize your agent by giving custom prompts or uploading a file. With the prompt, you can select a voice for the agent. Here, I have selected Lexus. You will need to enter a phone number which will be used for the calls. You can provide a transferrable number in case a person requests to talk to the actual human being. You can also scrap data from your website if needed. You can add the interruption threshold, set the human rating to true or false and then allow agents to be interrupted by setting with true and false. Save the changes and you are done with it.
Heres how you can edit an agent. Click on the pencil icon over here. You can edit the name of the agent, the description and also the features enabled. Then be sure you save the changes.
Click on the Agent Button. Select what agent you will want to delete. Click the Trash icon for the agent you would like to delete. A confirmation to delete pop up will appear. You will be asked to write the name of the desired agent you would like to delete. Press delete and your agent will be removed from the right side panel.
You can create a call from the agent by clicking on the send call in the agents tab. You can either create a contact and create a call with that contact, or select an existing contact researching the name of the contact. Select the contact and click call, and the call will be made.
You can view the details of a call by going to the call logs and clicking on one of the calls. You can see the overview, the call date, call recording, and the call summary, you can also get the transcript of the call.
On the upper right hand of your screen You can access your profile by clicking on this profile picture on the top right of your screen. From the drop down menu, Go to my account and then you’ll be redirected to your profile.
To edit your name and add a profile picture, simply go to Edit Profile. Remember to save your changes you have made, click Save.
You can reset your password from the accounts tab. Go to the accounts tab and click on the pencil icon. You will be prompted to insert your current password, Then you will be able to enter a new password. You will need to re-enter the new password. Make sure both passwords match, and then click on the update button and your password will be updated.
You can also top up your account with minutes by going to the top up section and selecting the number of minutes. You can either select from the predefined values or you can set a custom amount. But for the custom amount you will have to get minimum of 3500 minutes. When you click on save changes you’ll be redirected to the payment page. You make the payment and minutes will be reflected on your account.
